Privacy
When you connect your Microsoft account, Propstreet can read your email messages and metadata, calendar events, and contact names and details. Access is delegated, read-only, and used only when you ask the Propstreet Agent to perform a related task. Propstreet does not continuously synchronize or index this information.
Propstreet securely stores the connection credentials required to access Microsoft while the connection remains active. Disconnecting removes those stored credentials and stops future access.
Information returned to the Agent may be saved in your Agent conversation. Disconnecting does not remove information already saved in conversations. Connector credentials and connector-derived account data are deleted when your Propstreet account is deleted, except where retention is required by law. You may request access, export, correction, or deletion by contacting feedback@propstreet.com.
Connector information may be processed by the infrastructure and AI providers identified in Propstreet's subprocessor list. Propstreet does not use Microsoft connector data to train AI models.
Where Propstreet processes workspace information on behalf of your organization, that processing is governed by Propstreet's Data Processing Agreement.
Terms
By connecting Microsoft, you authorize Propstreet to access the information described above on your behalf. The connector forms part of the Propstreet service and is governed by Propstreet's Terms and Conditions.
Microsoft does not operate or endorse the connector and is not responsible for it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Microsoft disclaims all warranties and liability arising from use of the connector. You remain responsible for maintaining any Microsoft account and licence required to use it.
