Find the right investors automatically — search your network, Propstreet Network and the web.
Add property data
Before you can use Lead Generator you need to add information about the property. Click the Property data tab in your case and fill in details such as property type, location, size and price.
The more complete the property data is, the better the matches in Lead Generator will be. This data is used as the basis for all three search methods.
Your network
The first tab in Lead Generator matches against your own network. Propstreet analyzes investment strategies for all companies in your network and ranks them by how well they match the property characteristics.
Each match is displayed with a confidence score indicating how good the match is, along with a description of why the company matches. Click Show more to see all suggestions, and click Add to add an investor to your case.
The better the investment strategies you have recorded on your contacts, the better and more relevant matches you will get.
Propstreet Network
The second tab searches across all members' networks in Propstreet Network. Click Start search to begin — you will see real-time progress while the search runs.
The search runs in two phases: first investment strategies are matched, then the results are filtered based on relevance. You can only add contact persons from companies where you already have a contact on Propstreet.
Want to reach investors at companies where you don't have a contact person? Create a Teaser and communicate it to Propstreet Network — matched investors can then view your case anonymously and express interest themselves. Read more in the guide Communicate to Propstreet Network →
Web search
The third tab uses AI-powered web search to find potential investors. The search runs automatically based on the property data and shows results in real time.
Each result includes a narrative description explaining why the company is a relevant match. If a suitable contact person and contact details are found, these are included along with links to the company website and relevant articles.
The AI may ask clarifying questions to improve the search. You can provide feedback by clicking thumbs up or thumbs down on the results, and then click Continue search to refine with a new focus.
