Create a Teaser
A Teaser is an anonymized summary of your case that is sent to investors. It shows the property characteristics without revealing the exact address or seller — perfect for generating interest without giving away sensitive information.
Each Teaser follows a lifecycle with four stages:

| Draft | The Teaser is created and can be edited freely |
| Published | The Teaser is ready but has not been sent yet |
| Verified | Propstreet has reviewed the Teaser |
| Communicated | The Teaser has been sent to matched investors in Propstreet Network |
You can unpublish a Teaser at any time if you want to withdraw it from the market.
Communicate the Teaser
Once your Teaser has been verified by Propstreet, you can communicate it to Propstreet Network. Propstreet matches your Teaser against investors in the network based on their investment strategies and sends the Teaser to the most relevant ones.
Investors who receive the Teaser see it in their inbox in Propstreet. They can express interest, ask questions or decline — all anonymously until you choose to accept a lead.
Manage incoming leads
Responses from investors appear in the Inbox tab of your case. From here you can accept or decline each lead.
Accept a lead
Investors you accept are added to Prospects. Once you have added an investor to Prospects, the investor can see your business card. The investor only has access to your Teaser and expects follow-up from you with more information.
Decline a lead
No information about you or your company will be visible to the investor. Declined investors will see the status "The transaction advisor has proceeded with another party".

- Manage incoming leads in the Inbox — accept or decline
- Follow up accepted leads with more information and update prospect status
A well-written Teaser with complete property data generates more and better responses from investors in Propstreet Network.
