AI suggestions

Propstreet's AI continuously analyzes the notes you write on contacts and companies, status changes on prospects (e.g. "Interested" or "Not interested" with comments) and activity history — which cases an investor has participated in and how.

Based on these signals the AI generates suggestions for updates to investment strategies. For example, if you have noted that an investor declined three logistics cases but expressed interest in office properties, the AI may suggest updating the strategy to reflect this.

Click the three-star icon in the top menu to open AI suggestions. Here you will see a list of pending suggestions. Each suggestion includes a description of what the AI is proposing and why.

For each suggestion you have three options: Accept (the strategy is updated immediately), Review (opens the contact or company in the network so you can see the details) and Dismiss (reject the suggestion — you can provide a reason if you wish).

When you open a contact or company that has a pending suggestion, it is displayed directly in the strategy section. You will see a comparison view showing the current strategy and the proposed change side by side, with added and removed text highlighted.

Click Show changes to expand the detailed comparison. From here you can accept, dismiss or edit the suggestion directly.

Suggestions expire automatically after 30 days if not acted upon. If you or a colleague manually updates a strategy after a suggestion was created, the suggestion is marked as outdated and can no longer be accepted — this prevents newer changes from being overwritten.

Each suggestion is linked to a specific snapshot of the strategy, so you always see exactly what changes compared to the version that existed when the suggestion was created.

When you dismiss a suggestion you can provide a reason. The AI shows suggested reasons, or you can type your own. This feedback helps Propstreet improve future suggestions.
